I have recently given up on running, but am thinking of giving it another try. In 2009 I had a goal of doing the bearathon in waco, texas and actually stuck with my training and finished the half marathon. It was the most rewarding experience both physcially and mentally. After that running just wasnt as fun to me. I am not sure why. Anyways I am looking forward to setting a new goal for my self. I am going to start training monday for the white rock marathon. We will see how it goes.
Short-Term Running Goals:
To make it through the first three weeks because I know it will be the hardest/hottest for me. I then want to stick with it and make time to run always and finish a marathon.
